Joy’s Coconut Balls

These addicting little treats are raw and full of nothing but goodness. I’ve served them to many guests for dessert. There are never any left, and they always ask for the recipe.


1/2 cup Organic Raw Cacao powder
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 1/2 cups Organic Quick Rolled Oats
3/4 cup coconut oil (don’t melt it – use at room temperature)
1/2 cup Raw Honey or Maple Syrup


Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add coconut oil and honey, and stir to combine. Mold into small balls by using a spoon, ice cream scoop or your hands. Place in a dish of your choice and freeze for minimum 30 minutes and enjoy. These are best when frozen or refrigerated.
