    I would love to have a copy of this book. Soy has been promoted so much as a fantastic food, but I haven’t seen any benefits from it. The children I know of who drank soy formula have major allergy problems. I would enjoy reading this and passing on the information to others. Thanks for the chance to do so. Love your products.

    I was relying on soy for hormonal reasons for osteoporosis.I can’t tolerate synthetic or natural estrogen so soy seemed like an answer, as touted by many who claim to understand true nutrition. I was shocked when my daughter, who read this book,told me the truth.Even more shocking is how soy is in almost all baked goods, dressings and other food mixes at the health-food stores. I would like to learn more about this dangerous so-called food and what’s behind the push to make it so unavoidable.

    I was drinking soy milk for protein every day, thinking it was a good thing. Then I read a convincing article talking about a lot of the problems with non-fermented soy products. That did it. I stopped. I’m really interested in understanding the whole soy story so I can explain my reasons for stopping.

    Just yesterday I was speaking with my husband’s boss, a neurosurgeon, about the dangers of soy as well as the limited research here in the US. I don’t have any books or solid research other than what I’ve read (articles here and there) so a concise book would be great, and allow me to share and pass on the info. Thanks!

    I’ve been a vegetarian for five years, since I’ve retired as an educator/public school administrator. I’ve had a lot of digestive issues, many that have stumped my acupuncturist as well. I was warned against making soy my main source of protein, but could never find research on the subject. I mainly eat organic tofu, but I have noticed that there is soy in the ingredients of processed food. I’d love to have a copy of this book-thank you!

    My mother & grandmother passed-away due to HRP Breast Cancer. I am very concerned about soy, as is a plant-based estrogen. I would like to learn more in the hopes of better health for myself, hubby and our 7 children. Thank you!

    Would love to read this book. I am mostly a raw vegan but have type A blood and have read on all blood type diet books that soy is great for type A blood.

    My belief is that soy, like all of the other foods God created, are good for most people most of the time. In their natural form of course. Every person was created different and our bodies are always changing. I would like to see what this book has to say.

    I already avoid soy because most of it is genetically modified and I don’t want it affecting my thyroid but I am very interested to read this new book since we so rarely hear negative information about soy.

    Thank you for writing a book about the dangers of soy. I have heard tried that it is not safe unless fermented; at least I have been told that but I really don’t know. I tried to tell our Naturopathic physician but he said there is nothing wrong with it and that it is good for you; so I would love to show him that proof.

    I have heavily consumed soy as an alternative to dairy products, and soy butter and soy nuts since my son is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds. I was under the impression it is a healthy source of protein. Now, I have been diagnosed with an under active thyroid and I’m wondering if my soy consumption is partly to blame.     Interesting, I found out I was allergic to milk as a teenager – I do mean allergic… Milk product give me terrible asthma attacks, hives, and sinus infections… I have been consuming soy products for nearly 2 decades now. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism – I never considered it could be related to soy products… Now I’m curious…

    As ND students, my daughter, 18 yr old son and I have been studying this issue, and it really is a vicious battle ground! You have to wonder why! We’d love to add this book to our growing collection of lifechanging, even life saving books so we can help others get informed and GET WELL!

    I was told early on to avoid soy with our sons. I’ve never had the time to look into it much, we’ve just avoided it. This would be a good way to begin to truly understand so that I can share more knowledgeably with others.

    I began consuming Non GMO Soy Lecithin Granules in hopes it would help with the inflammation, mucus and waste my body appeared to be accumulating. No elimination, only more inflammation, mucus and stagnated waste. I am eliminating the soy after reading this brief article. So much for soy.

    I also thought soy was supposed to be a good alternative. I was giving my youngest son, who is 18 months soy milk. He loved it more than cows milk. I thought ok this is good because cows milk has so many hormones in it that arent good for us and it is linked to prostate cancer. The dairy farmers want us to believe that cows milk is good for us. When really its not. I have been reading studies done and milk has an animal protien that can actually take the calcium out of your bones along with other harmful things milk can do to you. But while doing research on milk something came up about soy milk. There is something in soy milk that is close to being just like estrogen. They recommended not to be giving soy milk to boys because of the risk of messing their body up. I immediately quit giving it to him. Im interested in knowing what else soy is doing to the body. I have some relatives that live off soy so I would love to help save them for any harm.

    Many years ago, my family and I were consuming soy milk believing it to be healthy, my daughter start getting lumps and pains all through her chest area and under her arms, I had guessed that the soy milk was the culprit and took her off of it at which point the lumps and pains disappeared completely and we never had any other problems. Since then we have avoided soy like the plague. There are many people around me who believe the reports that soy is a “health food” and seek it out for consumption. It would be good to read this book to be more informed of the havoc it is wreaking so as to help others. Thanks for the opportunity!

    My two boys are allergic to milk products. Thankfully when I tried soy milk my oldest absolutely refused to drink it. They drink goat milk which is much healthier!

    I have heard and read so many tiny tidbits about the danger of soy. I also know people who think it is the perfect food when I know it isn’t. I would love to read this book to finally get some good solid facts to try to be a positive influence. People try to do what they think is right and can be lead astray when they least expect it.

    Would love to read this book. For years I’ve been drinking Soy milk and consuming soy products thinking it was good for my health. Little did I know it was affecting my thyroid and pushed me into premature menopause. I use almond milk now.

    Thanks for the news of this book. Some years ago I drank soy milk regularly. After trying soy yogurt, and getting sick from it, I decided to stop all soy products. More recently a friend and I have had interesting, informative discussions, along with reading, about food. Soy products have consistently come up as detrimental to one’s health. I wonder about how the plant is grown and processed in the USA, as many places in Asia have soy as a diet staple. I look forward to learning more.

    I gave my son Soy milk to drink since he could not tolerate cows milk. But after I read some information on NGJ I stopped giving him the supposed to be very healthy soy milk. I would like to read and learn more about soy.
